• Visceral Bodies, an exhibition Curated by Juno Zago, is up at Gallery Aferro until August 12
• The Lincoln Park Music Festival celebrates 50 years of Hip-Hop with a host of outdoor events on August 5–7
• Akwaaba Gallery’s opening reception for “The Stories We Tell” exhibition is on August 12
• The Weequahic Park House Music Festival returns on September 9
• Porchfest brings back its fun mashup of historic homes, music, and vendors to Forest Hill on September 23
• The Newark Arts Festival is back from September 27-October 1
• Branch Brook Park hosts the 2nd Annual Fall House Music Festival on September 30
