Originally from Union City, NJ, Gonzalo Silva started djing at 9 years old. 10 years later, he became a professional known for playing upbeat music with a global appeal. TIPPERARY

Served in a 5.5 oz coupe glass

1.5 oz All Points West Malt and Grain Whiskey

0.75 oz Green Chartreuse

0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

0.50 Simple Syrup

Combine ingredients, stir with ice, strain into coupe glass, express orange peel and leave. You can make simple syrup by combining one part sugar and two parts water in a pot and boiling until mixed.
