1 ½ oz ALL POINTS WEST KILL VAN KULL POT STILL RUM

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

5 dashes West Indian orange bitters
or ½ oz orange liqueur such as Cointreau

1 orange peel

Shake first rum, lemon juice, simple syrup and the orange bitters (or orange liqueur) with ice; strain into serving glass; express orange peel and leave in as garnish.
